  • Do you take custom orders?

Yes! Please fill out my Custom Order Request Form to get the conversation started.

  • When something is out of stock, when will it be available again?

All of my pieces are one of a kind and handmade by me with hand-picked, unique stones. Because of this, once something is out of stock, it is no longer available. Certain designs are offered as Made to Order and are indicated as such in their listing. To keep up to date on new collection releases, check my Instagram as I update that most frequently, or sign up for my email listing.

  • How often do you restock your website?

As of right now, there is generally a shop update every other month or so. Sign up for my emails, or check on my Instagram for updates on releases as well as previews of what’s to come.

  • How do I reserve a piece of jewelry?

When a new collection is released, it is first come first serve. This is to be fair to everyone hoping to snag up their favorite piece of jewelry. Once a collection date and time have been set, make sure to mark your calendar and hop on my website when it becomes available. Items tend to sell out quickly, so if there’s something you have your heart set on, make sure to be here when it becomes available.

  • I placed multiple, separate orders. How do I combine them and get a shipping refund?

If you made multiple orders from a collection, I will typically notice this and reach out to you to see if you’d like me to combine them and refund your extra shipping charge. However, don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any specifics about your order. For instance, if it is a gift and you’d like me to include a special message. Or if you’d like to make any adjustments to the shipping.

  • What is the difference between PreOrder and Made-to-Order?

A PreOrder is placing an order for a specific design and then it is made and shipped to you. A Made-to-Order is like a PreOrder, except that the design has some customization such as chain length or precious metal.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

It is incredibly important to me that you love your Adorned Smithing Co. piece. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please let me know as soon as possible. I will do my best to make things right. Any exchanges are taken on a case-by-case basis. In such cases, I can exchange your jewelry for another piece or give you store credit for the amount that was paid. You have 30 days from the date of purchase to contact me about your exchange. Each piece has been carefully invested in with precious materials as well as lots of time so no refunds are accepted. I will not accept returns on damaged or broken pieces. I am not liable for stolen or lost merchandise. However, if there is an issue, please contact me as soon as possible. If you are concerned about mail theft, please use the Signature Required Shipping Option. I am not responsible for any Customs Fees for internationally shipped orders. Please contact me if you would like a quote on other international shipping options.

RESIZING 

If you purchase a piece and it is the wrong size, please contact me as soon as possible. There are some pieces I am unable to resize due to the nature of the design. There is a minimum $60 charge for resizing.

REPAIRS

I do not repair jewelry I did not make. If your Adorned Smithing Co. piece needs a repair, please contact me as soon as possible. Depending on the type of repair, there may be a minimum $60 charge. I am not liable for damages to your piece once they are shipped. However, if you have any issues or concerns, don’t hesitate to reach out.
