RETURNS & EXCHANGES
It is incredibly important to me that you love your Adorned Smithing Co. piece. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please let me know as soon as possible. I will do my best to make things right. I am happy to exchange your jewelry for another piece or give you store credit for the amount that was paid. Any exchanges are taken on a case by case basis. Please contact me as soon as possible to resolve the issue. You have 30 days from the date of purchase to contact me about your return or exchange. I will not accept returns on damaged or broken pieces. I am not liable for stolen or lost merchandise. However, if there is an issue, please contact me as soon as possible. If you are concerned about mail theft, please use the Signature Required Shipping Option. I am not responsible for any Customs Fees for internationally shipped orders. Please contact me if you would like a quote on other international shipping options.
If you are interested in a custom order, please contact me at AdornedSmithingCo@gmail.com so that we can discuss details. All custom orders require a 50% deposit of the estimated total of the piece. This deposit is nonrefundable. Once the piece is completed, the remainder of the payment is required before shipping. Lead times for customs can vary. I will let you know when to expect your piece to be completed once a design and price estimated has been established.
If you purchase a piece and it is the wrong size, please contact me as soon as possible. There are some pieces I am unable to resize due to the nature of the design.
I do not repair jewelry I did not make. If your Adorned Smithing Co. piece is in need of a repair, please contact me as soon as possible. I am not liable for damages to your piece once they are shipped. However, if you have any issues or concerns, please contact me as soon as possible.
