+ Custom order Information +

If you are interested in placing a custom order with me, head to my Custom Order Request page, and click “Submit a Request”. Or you can email me directly at AdornedSmithingCo@gmail.com with the subject “Custom Order Request”. You can refer to my Custom Inquiries page for the information needed in this email. You can expect a response within 1-2 business days.

Once I have received your information and I am a good fit for your custom order, a $90 non-refundable Design Deposit is required. You will receive anywhere between 6 - 8 rendered ideas along with price estimates for you to choose from. We can make adjustments to these designs as needed. Because your estimate is largely based on the Precious Metals Market, which fluctuates daily, the prices are valid for 7 days. After that, they may need to be adjusted to reflect the current market.

After deciding on your desired design, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the estimated price is required to begin your project. Once the design is completed and you are satisfied with the piece, the remainder will be due within 24 hours of receiving the invoice. My current timeline for completion is 4 - 6 weeks; however, it could be longer depending on the season and how many projects are currently in my queue.

+ Do you take engagement and wedding sets?

+ What if the price of metal changes before my piece is complete?

When you are given an estimate on your custom order, it is based on the current market value of that precious metal. While the market fluctuates daily, your estimate is good for 7 days. Once you’ve placed your deposit, these funds are used to help allocate the materials for your order, so your final price will not be affected by the changing market prices.

+ What is the average price of a custom order?

The price of your custom order depends on the materials and time required to complete your piece. This can vary widely from piece to piece. If you have a budget you wish to stay within, please let me know, and we can chat about potential options within that range. Most gold pieces start at $1000+ with rings starting in the $3000+, while Sterling Silver pieces can start at $200+; however, these vary significantly based on the level of detail, amount of material used, and time spent.

My website offers AfterPay, which allows you to split your payment into 4 easy, interest-free payments. My website also takes PayPal or Apple Pay, which offer their own interest-free financing options.
